The Maserati MC20 is probably one of my favourites from the smaller Mattel Brick Shop cars. It’s only 250 pieces, so it’s not a massive build, but the finished car looks seriously smart.
The opening butterfly doors suit the MC20 perfectly, and I really like that you can actually see the engine rather than everything being hidden away. You also get different wheel options and decals if you want to change the look.
Then there’s the matching 1:64 Hot Wheels car, which is one of the things I really like about these sets. You’re getting a brick build and a proper little collectible together, and they look great displayed side by side.
Really enjoyable little build and another one that proves Mattel Brick Shop is worth keeping an eye on.
