Bricks & Giggles is primarily an affiliate and content website. The building sets and other products featured on our website are generally purchased from independent third-party retailers rather than directly from Bricks & Giggles.

Purchases from third-party retailers

When you click a retailer link on Bricks & Giggles, such as a link to Amazon, TOKMOC, LUMIBRICKS or another retailer, you leave our website and complete your purchase directly with that retailer.

Bricks & Giggles does not process the payment, fulfil the order, dispatch the product or hold your payment for these purchases.

Any cancellation, return, replacement or refund relating to a purchase made through a third-party retailer must therefore be requested directly from the retailer from whom you purchased the product.

The retailer's own terms, returns policy and refund policy will apply to your purchase.

If you experience a problem with an order, please check your order confirmation to identify the retailer that processed your purchase and contact that retailer directly.

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory consumer rights you may have.

Products sold directly by Bricks & Giggles

Bricks & Giggles may introduce products sold directly through our website in the future, including Bricks & Giggles merchandise.

Where a product is sold directly by Bricks & Giggles, rather than by an external retailer, the applicable returns and refund terms will be clearly provided before purchase and this policy will be updated as necessary.

Any statutory consumer rights applying to purchases made directly from Bricks & Giggles will remain unaffected.

Problems with a retailer link
