This was my first proper 1:8 scale supercar build, and it absolutely hooked me. I loved the whole thing from start to finish — the size, the mechanical detail, the way the chassis comes together, all of it. By the time I’d finished this one, I already knew I wanted more, which is exactly why the Bugatti and Porsche ended up joining the collection too.
Underneath the bodywork there’s loads going on, including a working V12 engine with moving pistons, steering, suspension and an 8-speed sequential gearbox with paddle shifters. It’s the sort of mechanical detail that makes these huge 1:8 builds so satisfying.
Then you get the proper display-car bits on top — opening butterfly doors, removable roof and those massive proportions that give it serious shelf presence.
The value is ridiculous too. A build this size, with 3,778 pieces and all that mechanical detail, for the sort of money BrickVivid sells it for is honestly unbelievable. It was a massive part of why I was willing to try one in the first place.
I absolutely loved this build. It was the one that made me realise these huge supercars are exactly my kind of thing, and it’s the reason I started putting together a full 1:8 collection.
