This was one of those builds where the price almost makes no sense. At around £37-and-change, I honestly expected there to be a catch somewhere — but there really wasn’t.
The little house built into the hill is brilliant, the finished display has loads of character, and getting nine figures with it makes the whole thing feel properly complete. The figure quality was a little mixed — some were spot on, a couple looked a bit odd — but that’s about the only criticism I can really come up with.
The actual build was just really enjoyable. Nothing was missing, the quality was great, and it’s one of those sets that gives you far more than you expect for the money.
At this sort of price, compared with what the official version costs, the value is frankly ridiculous.
Built by me. Really enjoyable, great quality, and stupidly good value for the money.
