I’m glad I picked this one up before it retired because it was a really enjoyable build and the finished Mustang looks great.
The pull-back feature is probably the highlight for me. It works really well and, unlike a lot of my display sets, this one has actually had some proper playtime — the kids have had loads of fun firing it across the floor.
The only thing I’m not completely sold on is the green colour. It wouldn’t have been my first choice for a Mustang, but that’s purely personal preference and it certainly doesn’t spoil the set.
A really good Technic build, great fun once it’s finished and another one I’m glad I’ve got in the collection.
