I love big technical car builds, and at 4,663 pieces, this Audi RS6 Avant is absolutely huge. The size alone would get my attention, but it's everything going on underneath that really makes this a must-have for me.
There's a working V8 engine, functional steering, opening doors and loads of mechanical detail, all wrapped up in a massive 1:8 scale RS6.
And there's another fairly simple reason I want it — I'd love to own a real Audi RS6 Avant.
The chances of the full-size version appearing in my collection anytime soon might be questionable, but the brick-built version? That I can work on.
This looks like exactly the sort of long, involved technical build I enjoy, with plenty going on mechanically rather than simply building something that looks good on a shelf.
